I have a passion for training and developing others, and I leverage my skills in new business development, process improvement, and team building to help my company grow and succeed. Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked as a portfolio manager at Meredith Corporation, where I partnered with the collections leadership team to create and implement tracking and reporting systems that enhanced departmental productivity and performance. I also initiated collections calls and resolved customer issues, maintaining an acceptable DSO. Before that, I was a team lead at Airgas USA, LLC, and a corporate trainer at Focus Receivables Management, where I honed my leadership and management skills. My mission is to deliver exceptional service and value to my customers and colleagues, and to pursue continuous learning and improvement in my field of expertise.
