About Linda Dean

On a personal level. I was born and raised on the beautiful Oregon Coast in Coos Bay. I moved to Spokane to start a family in 1991. I was blessed with 3 beautiful and amazing daughters. I now have added 2 wonderful son in laws and 2 grandsons! In my professional life I have spent many years in the Banking, Lending, Real Estate and Interior design fields and also a few years in Retail Management. I made the transition to the Lending industry after more than a decade of successful years in the Real Estate arena. I did all aspects of Residential Real Estate but specialized in First Time Home Buyers and New Construction. With an aptitude for numbers and a good eye for design New Construction was a specialty that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, I had a true passion for assisting the First Time Home Buyer. I understand their unique needs and have the skills and experience to educate and get them through the process. I always say,"you don't know what you don't know" and I want to be that resource. Nothing is sweeter than telling a borrower that we have the "clear to close" on their first home! There is a lot of education that goes into assisting someone with a mortgage. No question is ever a dumb question and I truly want my borrowers to fully understand the entire process. Another passion I have is volunteering or being part of industry committees and organizations. I am involved with Habitat for Humanity, Union Gospel Mission, Spokane Mortgage Lenders, West Plains Chamber, Independent Brokers, and 2nd Harvest just to name a few. When I am not crunching numbers you can find me on the golf course, traveling, sewing, or doing a little shopping.
