I teach, write and speak on natural health, women's wellness, fitness, faith & grateful - positive living. In the fitness industry, I am AFAA and NESTA certified in Group Fitness, Yoga & Pilates with special training or certifications in Dance, BarreVite & Senior Fitness. As a trainer/coach, I am compassionate, insightful & motivational. My sister, Maria, & I sing and entertain together as well as talk about our book,"Beyond Our Wildest Dreams"​ & show business history. Currently, we are singing with a variety of bands. Recently, we performed at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Upstairs at Vitello's & Calabasas Performing Arts Center with the 17 piece, LA Winds Jazz Band.
