About Linda Epp

Linda Epp is a member of Sechelt Nation, and is the Indigenous Talent Sourcing Specialist for ICBC. She is an experienced professional with lived experience and expertise in sourcing and attracting Indigenous talent. Linda has extensive experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations in remote and urban settings. Linda builds collaborative relationships with senior leaders across the business and within HR to understand workforce and succession planning needs in order to support a proactive recruitment approach. Formerly, Linda worked at Two Words Consulting as the Senior Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Action Lead, and Chair of the internal Reconciliation Action Committee. Linda provided Indigenous expertise and leadership to help TWC deliver industry-leading, high-quality services and to recruit, hire, and retain Indigenous talent. Linda communicated and implemented TWC’s vision, strategy, and expectations to advance the internal Reconciliation Action Plan and to increased external Relations and Reconciliation services and engagement. Linda is a motivated, empathic leader and respected public speaker who has spent much of her life working to bridge the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives. Fun fact, Linda was a cultural advisor during the creation and development of the new Marvel Comics character Chee’ilth, released in October 2023.
