About Linda Fields

Meador Staffing Services has been my employment home since 1984. I have served in numerous roles within the full-time recruitment arena with the company, including oversight of the entire Direct Hire Placement Team. In my current role, I serve as Vice President of Executive Search for Meador, sourcing for all levels of executives and managers with a primary focus on human resources. I serve as one of the most successful human resources staffing partners for my clients and candidates on a national level, providing excellent service through a well-defined understanding of their needs. My goal in working with the clients I serve is to become an extension of their human resource team. One of my most valuable strengths is building long-term relationships with the individuals I help, and I am privileged to maintain relationships with clients going back to 1984. With my extensive service and high level of experience in the staffing industry, it has been an honor to have been recognized for award production on both the local and state levels. In such recognition, I have placed in top-ranking positions many years in a row, including the top 5 and top 10 state-wide titles throughout my career.
