Also load third part contracted reimbursements into applicable systems. Responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, triaging defects, problem solving defects, UAT continuous improvement and reporting. Also provided oversight of medium and large projects UAT. Ensured end state of the projects met business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates were met. QUALIFICATION & ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Successfully maintained and updated providers and client’s demographic and contract information. • Endure end-to-end traceability of requirements is completed. • Applied specific functionalities and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks ad develop specific project deliverables. • Conduct impact analysis of technical changes o business process and existing technology. • Documentation, tracking, and resolve issues related to data quality. • Proactively lead projects and/or business by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected UAT project(s). • Conduct kick-off planning and ensuring all planning activities are completed prior to testing. • Review any client changes request & develop mitigation plans. • Facilitate weekly triage and planning meetings with team leads to review status, discuss exceptions and risk mitigation.
