Was project lead for a customer experience project, setting the industry standard for point of contact with customers. Developed and mentored 45-member team that maintained operations while severing 11 months as a project lead resulting in a customer service solution for the company. Hired and created a team to support moving operations from California to Texas, setting up and staffing office in 6 weeks.
