After several years in customer service and leading teams, I’ve come to truly appreciate the importance of strong relationships, clear communication and a supportive environment. That foundation naturally led me to study administration—an opportunity to blend my people-first mindset with practical organizational skills. Now, as the Office Manager at Villada Group, I help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and make sure our team has everything they need to do their best work. I genuinely enjoy bringing a bit of calm to the chaos, jumping in to solve problems, and helping everyone stay focused on what they do best. More than anything, I care about creating a workplace that feels welcoming, supportive, and positive. I have the privilege of collaborating with wonderful individuals across our four distinct companies. Admin tasks combined with my role as executive assistant means every day is different, busy and fun.
