I am a creative, hard-working, and reliable administrator with over 15 years of administrative and managerial experience and a quick learner who excels in resourceful problem-solving in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments. I see the big picture, anticipate needs, and prioritize tasks in order to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. I take initiative to complete projects quickly and effectively, as well as handle confidential information professionally and discreetly. I am team-focused and value building strong working relationships with diverse people in all environments, as well as fostering a culture of appreciation, inclusivity, and growth. I have experience in working with communications, event management including web and social media updates, office administration, and managing the faculty recruitment and appointment and medical credentialing process, as well as weekly CME Grand Rounds and department Town Hall events. I currently manage the weekly seminar series with guest speakers from across the country and Europe, as well as weekly research journal clubs and annual symposium for the Pennsylvania Muscle Institute.I am currently working towards my master's degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as continuing to pursue and support my artistic side.
