Senior executive with over 30 years successful track record of building and retaining teams across a variety of sectors including the Not-for -Profit sector and commercial banking sector. Experience gained includes working with several large United Nations Organisations in challenging environments. Director roles include managing the full suite of support services as well as developing, leading and managing cross-organisational change management projects in addition to external relations management and revenue stream development. Experience managing operating budgets of $4 billion +, requiring strong leadership and a dynamic approach. Ability to represent organisations on external audit matters as well as at external stakeholder meetings with governments, EU representatives requiring politial awareness, communication skills and a strong sense of purpose. Previous roles included progressively responsible senior positions both in international capitals such as New York, Geneva and London, as well as in complex and fragile developing country locations, such as Cambodia, Kurdistan and Ethiopia as Chief Finance Officer working on financial planning and management, risk management and change management.
