About Linda Sayed

I became certified as a Family Law Specialist in 2007 and maintained this certification through high level continuing legal education every year. My goal is to know as much as I can about family law so I can help folks navigate through tumultuous times and achieve their best practical outcome. As a former educator, I enjoy helping clients understand how the law applies to their circumstances and the range of likely outcomes. As a fierce advocate, I fight to help clients achieve their goals. But I am also passionate about resolving matters fairly and privately through negotiation and settlement to try to keep sensitive information private and maintain personal relationships. as the financial issues are resolved in a fair and equitable way. I help clients through the trauma of separation and divorce, and to resolve complex issues related to child custody, child support, alimony, enforcement of family support orders, contempt actions, property division, grandparent visitation rights, separation agreements, premarital agreements, military divorce issues, pension division orders, adoptions, annulments.
