I help build confidence, acting as a sounding board for career exploration/decisions and coach in the skills needed to job search in our ever-changing world of work. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than being able to work with amazing and talented individuals and see them go on to achieve great things. Drawing on a diverse background within the chemical, high technology, and outplacement business sectors, I offer over 25+ years of broad based business experience and specialize in Outplacement support, helping HR professionals and impacted employees during the termination process and restructuring projects with dignity and compassion. Using a holistic approach, I guide clients to discover their unique gifts, talents, and self-worth, while shifting their expectations, perceptions and motivations to find greater purpose and joy in their life.
