I have 5 years of managerial experience and a combined 10 years of customer service experience. The majority of my work history involves managing in a high pace, high stress environment. I’ve been responsible for the front and back end of the business, which included interviewing, hiring, training, employee dispute resolution, progressive discipline, and scheduling. In addition, I have a strong sales background and have consistently produced positive net profit while maintaining high customer service scores. I’ve managed up to 40 employees and 500 units, at home city and airport locations, across 3 brands. I entered the education field due to the shortage of teachers in Las Vegas. I've worked in diverse Title I schools that require data driven instruction plans, advanced classroom management skills, and creating a culture of empowerment based on the idea that everyone can be a leader. I am a self-motivated individual that takes pride in the work I do. I feel that empowering and motivating your employees is the key to a successful business.
