I’m the Senior Manager of Fraud and Compliance at T-Mobile. We utilize a multifaceted approach that combines data analysis, investigations, risk assessment, and machine learning to create industry standards in Fraud prevention and compliance. I have spent the last fifteen years developing high performing, solution oriented individuals that excel in all areas of the business. Our teams focus on driving results through data driven analytics and a proactive approach to risk assessment. Our goals include minimizing hard dollar loss, providing fraud and risk mitigation for T-Mobile programs and policies, limiting damage to the brand caused by fraudulent activity, and improving employee satisfaction and retention by ensuring that our employees work in a safe and ethical environment. As a manager, I believe that it my responsibility to lead by example. I also believe that employees who enjoy the time spent at work produce at at levels that others envy, leading to my overall philosophy. My work philosophy: Earn the trust of my colleagues and employees through hard work, effort, and delivery. Create an environment that allows employees and coworkers to laugh, feel valued, and produce their best work.
