About Lindi McGee

Human Resources and registration is my background but in 2014 I was provided the opportunity to fill a full time Technology Integration role for our HR department, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Our school district has been moving away from slow and clunky paper processes and developing toward more efficient and faster electronic processes. Technology Integration allows our department a point person who can troubleshoot technical issues for our staff and implement and maintain HR systems and processes, making our work more efficient and accurate. Providing this type of support personally allows me to help others and tap into my creative side while satisfying my love for organization and accuracy. I have the pleasure of co-managing our database and currently digging into new areas of the system that can be further develop for more efficiencies. We also look forward to implementing electronic personnel files in the near future. Exciting times ahead! On a personal note, my husband and I are empty nesters with four grown children making lives of their own. I love family, friends, animals, the outdoors, hiking, biking, yoga, healthy nutrition and cooking. I super enjoy living in the mountainous woods at the base of the coastal range. Coming home to our little cabin in the woods next to a creek, surrounded by acres of timber and hiking trails is the best way to start and end each day. You exhale and all stress melts away.
