About Lindsay Broughton

As the Human Resource Representative for The Persimmon Group, I am constantly in the market for top-notch resources - or those we refer to as "TPG Rockstars". My top priority is finding and cultivating the talent within our organization. Whether it's talking to candidates, welcoming new resources to the team, or handling internal processes, I constantly strive to make our team the best it can possibly be.While focusing on internal processes and procedures to help our organization run like a well-oiled machine, I also engage with clients on organizational effectiveness needs, coaching engagements, and leadership development programs. I enjoy working with people, whether it be internal teammates or clients, and helping people find the vision for their careers or organizations. We at Persimmon are always looking for qualified individuals to add to our family. Think you are up to the challenge of working with a team of type-A, competitive, work hard/play hard folks? Send me a message at JoinOurTeam@thepersimmongroup.com - we are always looking to engage the best of the best.
