Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building and growing teams, nurturing strong relationships with clients, and guiding high-impact projects across healthcare, life sciences, and other various industries. What truly excites me is seeing people come together; collaborating, problem-solving, and creating solutions that make a real difference, especially when those solutions improve the health and well-being of others. At SoftServe, I lead initiatives that enable healthcare organizations to navigate dynamic technology landscapes, with a focus on leveraging emergent technologies like AI to drive operational efficiency and innovation. By fostering collaboration across teams and aligning client strategies with business goals, our efforts empower healthcare & life science clients to achieve measurable outcomes in a highly regulated environment. At Hoverstate, later acquired by SoftServe, I was responsible for scaling our customer success operations, managing both department- and account-level profitability, while driving strategic transitions including post-acquisition alignment. Additionally, I owned a portfolio of accounts, overseeing technology-driven initiatives that improved patient onboarding, increased data visibility, and enhanced therapy adherence. Outside of work, my greatest source of motivation is my family. Being a mother to two wonderful children keeps me grounded, humble, and inspired to be the best person I can be.
