Background

About Lindsay Canham

I'm the local operations manager of an international biotech/food saftey company. I'm a genuine people person. I strive to create an environment in my work place to allow people to grow, think for themselves, and build on their skills. I work for my direct reports, not the other way around. If they fail to understand and thrive, that is a fault of myself as a leader, not them. My extensive experience in academic research labs across multiple disciplines helped me to be a problem solver and find different angles to approach problems. I enjoy spending the time to think of creative solutions and improve processes. Outside of the work sphere I love playing team sports like soccer, gaelic football and ultimate frisbee, along with individual activities like road biking and hiking. I knit and crochet and spend a lot of time being around friends. I like listening to and analysing music, and getting way too scared watching horror movies.
