About Lindsay Dubbeldee

Hello LinkedIn! My name is Lindsay Dubbeldee and I connect people for a living! I started my recruiting career in 2006 working for a boutique Finance/Accounting search firm in Downtown Minneapolis. Since then I have worked diligently to build my network by getting to know the key Finance/Accounting leaders throughout the Twin Cities, and I feel truly fortunate for the amazing relationships I've built over the last 17 years. Most recently I decided to take my career to the next level by expanding my professional circle to include strategic HR leaders, and wow - what an amazing experience it's been! I can honestly say my candidates and clients have become some of my closest friends, and I consider my job to be much more than just a profession. I believe in building long-term relationships and I absolutely love what I do! At the end of the day I'm simply a resource.someone you can trust to listen to your business objectives and career goals, and provide candidates or opportunities that align with your wish list. If you are curious about what opportunities exist in the Twin Cities market or you're looking to expand your existing team with qualified professionals, feel free to connect with me or better yet give me a call!
