About Lindsay E.

My career is an expression of my curiosity. Fascinated by how things work, and driven by a desire to solve problems, I’ve built a diverse skill set across the design, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors. This blend of experiences, combined with my passion for the arts, has helped guide my sense of self and clarified how I want to contribute to this world. As illustrated by my work history, I always strived to make a difference in the arts, and, years later, this core value still hasn't changed. However, it's merged with my desire to help others as I aim to harness my diverse knowledge - adapting the detailed planning, visual communications, and relationship skills I cultivated - towards creating lasting social change for underrepresented communities via the arts sector. With 14+ years of experience, I have continuously streamlined operational procedures, leading to higher process efficiency, and maintained customer satisfaction through active listening and troubleshooting. My designs have also proven to increase organizational reach, expanding both partnerships and overall participants exponentially.
