About Lindsay Fleming

My love for travel led me to a career in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. Exploring new destinations and meeting people from different backgrounds has always been a passion of mine. After graduating from Selkirk College, I spent three years working at a boutique hotel in Nelson, B.C, where I gained valuable experience in Front Office operations. This experience motivated me to further my education and complete my degree in Hospitality at Royal Roads University. Following my studies, I joined Marriott International’s Voyage Leadership Development Program and began working at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort. This program provided me with incredible hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of hotel operations. After completing the program, I transitioned into the Sales department as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where I played a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and driving revenue and later, expanded my knowledge as Catering Sales Executive. These experiences have further fueled my passion for the industry, and I am excited to continue growing my career in hospitality.
