I am always looking to gain and pass on new methods I have been taught through the successful systems of my superiors. I have directed my management style towards S.M.A.R.T. Goals, thus focusing on positive energy, exercising a hands-on, timely approach, while continuously networking and laying the path towards the next targets of success, for both the company/team and the individual(s). I thrive off influencing and coaching a variety of managing leaders to encourage maximizing their teams' pride and investment in their positions, potential, company, brand and culture. My interest will always remain on community involvement and consistent service and follow through to guarantee an above and beyond satisfied Guest/Client; always with a strife to flourish and protect an outstanding company reputation. I strongly believe the hospitality and events industry is so vital to adding to the moments and memories that are forever needed to be had by our Guests, both corporate and social. I hope to continue to grow with wonderful corporations that share the same belief and strive for honest excellence at the objective of creating great memories and building successful bridges for our Guests/Clientele for many, many years to come.
