I talk about sex and sexuality openly, honestly, and humorously to help you tackle even the toughest topics in your home, in your school, at your camp, or in your office. Since 2014 I’ve worked with dozens of public, charter and private schools; summer camps; community groups; and independent parenting groups to review curriculum, train teachers, and educate parents and young people on a wide array of topics from puberty to making sense of consent to understanding sexual identity to basic anatomy and physiology, and everything in between. Starting my own business is the culmination of two decades of learning, hard-work, resiliency, dedication, and relentless pursuit of working to make the world a smarter and safer place through sexuality education the way it should be - open, honest, inclusive and fun. • Nearly 20 years of teaching experience in elementary, middle and high school classrooms using a flipped classroom model • Over 10 years of experience facilitating adult-education using principles of adult learning theory • Co-authored the brain-based middle school sexuality education curriculum Above the Waist: Sexuality Education Beginning with the brain published by Children’s Aid • Contributing author to Unequal Partners: Teaching about Power, Consent and Unhealthy Relationships published by the Center for Sex Education • Member of ANSWER, Sex Etc. Review Board • Presenter with the premier college sex education organization, Sex Discussed Here since 2016 • Masters Degree in Public Health from Tulane University with a focus in Maternal and Child Health • Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala working with rural schools to advance basic health and hygiene and HIV/AIDS education and prevention
