About Lindsay Hoffer
I have always had a desire from a young age to help other people. My grandmother was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 72 years old. Ever since then, I have taken a large interest in her medical condition and her journey as a diabetic. She has inspired me to become a nurse, as she continually refers to me as “her little nurse”. At Liberty University, I am a fourth-year nursing student where I will graduate in May 2024. I have a passion to work with patients in the critical setting, as I love caring for patients while obtaining the “full picture” of their conditions. I am wanting to work in an Emergency Department after I graduate.
