With over a decade year of experience in the security sector, I have cultivated a robust skill set and extensive expertise in both operational and leadership roles. Beginning my career as a Security Officer in 2011 and swiftly advancing to the position of Security Control Room Operator, I have developed a thorough understanding of Access Control Systems, including Gallagher Command Centre, Tecom Forcefield, and Integriti GATEKEEPER. Additionally, I am proficient in managing and operating CCTV systems, leveraging platforms such as Avigilon and Milestone to extract and analyse critical information. My qualifications include a Certificate in Security Levels 2 and 3, a Diploma in Computing (Level 5), a current first aid certificate, and successful completion of the CIMS Levels 2 and 4 courses. These credentials, coupled with my hands-on experience, enable me to lead and manage small teams effectively while ensuring the highest standards of security and operational efficiency.
