Lindsay Johnson is the Technical Manager for the Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation service line in Pinchin's South West, Ontario offices. Lindsay has over 17 years of engineering/consulting experience covering a wide spectrum of projects involving environmental due diligence and regulatory work for financial, insurance, real estate and legal clients across Canada and the United States. Lindsay has conducted and managed numerous Environmental Site Assessments, site remediation programs, facility decommissioning and redevelopment projects, as well as hydrogeological studies. As a Qualified Person (QP), Lindsay has overseen the successful filing of numerous Records of Site Condition (RSCs) under O.Reg. 153/04 (as amended) since July 2011 for a variety of property uses and acts as a QP for multiple Excess Soils projects. She is a graduate of Waterloo University with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental-Civil Engineering and is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
