With a tenured history in the health and wellness industry and outdoor education field, I’m an experienced event coordinator, strategic partnership manager, and director of community engagement. Passionate about developing co-branded experiences, I’ve designed and facilitated health and wellness / outdoor focused activations with: The North Face, Patagonia, lululemon, Arc’teryx, prAna, Athleta, Free People, Anthropologie, Sage Lodge, Gallatin River Lodge, Bodhi Farms, Chico Hot Springs, Copper Rose Ranch, and a number of non-profit organizations and small regional businesses. I consult for companies who’re designing health and wellness + outdoor offerings and lead as an experienced outdoor guide and yoga and fitness professional. Skilled in program development and management and mission-centric marketing strategy, my career has been characterized by values forward leadership and specialty events execution. Additionally, I’ve held a wide range of positions in apparel, customer relations, and people management roles, including retail store manager for Askov Finlayson, guest education and community engagement with lululemon, sales and special events for Filson, and Director of yoga, fitness, and community programming for the Vertical Endeavors franchise of rock climbing gyms. Currently Manager of Community Engagement with onWater, I spearhead and manage our community and conservation impact partnerships, working cross-functionally to support B2B and B2C relationships, marketing strategy, education and communication, and digital product integration. Owner of Wade Well LLC and founder of the ‘Wade Well’ method, I offer experiential instruction that combines fly angling with functional movement and mobility and mindfulness technique to improve anglers experiences in the outdoor space. In my free time I lead fly fishing and wellness retreats, events, and corporate team building programs.
