Background

About Lindsay Lancaster

With a decade of expertise in the nonprofit sector, I aspire to ignite the fun in fundraising. I find joy in helping nonprofits build collaborative relationships with philanthropic partners that create transformational change. Developing and implementing fundraising strategies that grow revenue and achieve ambitious goals energizes me. Strategic planning, diving into data analysis, exploring innovative ideas, creating operational efficiencies, and working collaboratively with amazing colleagues excite me every day. While I thrive in a remote work environment, a love for travel kindles my enthusiasm to support in-person relationship building. Working in both grassroots and national organizations that support conservation, youth development, and food security, I have experience both as a development generalist wearing many hats as well as specialization in foundation relations/institutional giving. My greatest assets are a strong work ethic, dedication to creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, and genuine passion for my work.
