About Lindsay Moore

As a CX Manager at Vacasa, the leading vacation rental management company in North America, I applied my customer service management skills and passion for providing the best vacation rental experience for both guests and homeowners. With over 11 years of work experience in customer service, I have developed core competencies in quality metrics, building trust, resolving escalations, and creating a new department within the Guest Experience Department. In my most recent role as CX Manager - Relocation Services, I led a team of 53 employees who relocated guests when the home they originally reserved for their stay with us was unavailable. I established this department six years ago, and since then, we have grown from five to 53 employees, and have improved the guest satisfaction and retention rates significantly. I was responsible for managing the team's performance, training, coaching, and development, as well as collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless relocation process. I used my skills in quality metrics and customer service management to measure and improve the team's efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. I also used my skills in building trust and resolving escalations to de-escalate guests, provide the best experience possible given the circumstances, and foster long-term relationships with them.
