Background
About Lindsay Morrison
Upon graduating from FSU with a Bachelor`s of Science in English Education in 2016, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer for 27 months, teaching English at a public middle school in the country of Comoros and leading multiple clubs related to English learning and computer literacy. Self-employed, I tutored English as a Foreign Language and Creative Writing to children online for several years. For the 2019-20 school year, I worked as an English language assistant at a primary school in France. While getting my Master's degree in TESOL at UCF, I worked as a teaching associate and eventually adjunct instructor for both ELI and adult ESOL programs. I then worked as the ESOL Program Engagement Administrator for a small ministry in Boston centered on immigrants, supporting volunteer instructors and adult learners while also organizing events for neighboring families. I have now returned to teaching ESOL full-time at the Immigrant Learning Center in Malden.
