About Lindsay Orem

Flexible, passionate and loyal are three of the best words to describe me. I love learning, increasing efficiency and encouraging personal growth. To say I am a teacher is absolute. I have spent 20+ years teaching, but I strive for doing more than teach in the traditional sense. I want my impact to increase it's stamp. I will always find ways to reach out to kids, to interact and be involved. Whether it's in the classroom, or beyond. I am passionate about utilizing my experience teaching, administrating, coaching, intervening and case managing in new ways. I am anxious that I am expanding out of a classroom. I loved my classroom. I worked hard for it to be a safe place. When you teach and administrate in the special education realm, you build many skills in many different areas. I haven't just taught in the last 20 years, I have learned a lifetime of lessons and developed a large variety of skills. Now I get to use my lifetime of living and working with students, parents, teachers and villages to consult and advocate for kids in all different situations. My goal - continue to advocate for kids, find a company with values that align with mine and allow me to thrive with all I have to offer.
