After graduating Appalachian State University in 2016, with a Master of Social Work Degree, I began my career in skilled nursing. I have experience with: completing MDS assessments, leading care plan meetings, coordinating discharges and completing referrals to outside agencies for residents congruent with their discharge goals. My passion is working with residents who have a diagnosis of dementia as well as working with residents who need end of life care.
