I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. In my current role as the Marketing and Account Manager at Racksquared Data Centers, LLC, I take full ownership of the marketing function, overseeing the creation, implementation, execution, and analysis of our comprehensive marketing strategies. My core responsibilities include developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns, regularly updating our corporate website to reflect our latest offerings and insights, and managing our presence on key social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Additionally, I am involved in content creation that aligns with our brand messaging, as well as orchestrating marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads. I also play a vital role in planning and coordinating events that enhance our company’s visibility and foster relationships within our industry. This includes everything from logistics and vendor management to crafting promotional materials. I am responsible for closely monitoring and managing our marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Another significant aspect of my job is managing our existing customer accounts. This involves organizing regular business meetings to explore future opportunities, preparing and sending detailed proposals and quotes, gathering valuable customer feedback, addressing any billing inquiries, and providing direction to customers as needed. I complete our monthly billing processes independently using the QuickBooks platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance in our financial dealings. In addition to my marketing expertise, I am highly skilled in the design and production of various print marketing materials, including eye-catching flyers, informative brochures, professional banners, and business cards that effectively communicate our brand identity. I pride myself on being an outgoing, dedicated, and dependable team member, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. My commitment to fostering positive connections not only enhances customer satisfaction but also drives repeat business and strengthens brand loyalty.
