About Lindsey Beard

I have 8 years of healthcare experience in both inpatient and home settings, as well as telephonic and virtual care. I am currently licensed in TN, KY, and FL and have experience managing patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. My passion is to provide quality medical care in the home setting. This allows for better disease management and minimizes unnecessary complications. Connecting with patients in their personal environment allows for a deeper understanding of their daily challenges and leads tailored plans to achieve best outcomes. My Registered Nursing experience includes 3 years of inpatient care in the hospital setting of neurology and rehabilitation. I have additional experience serving as an In-Home Care Manager for Humana. There, I managed all aspects of patient healthcare including medications, symptom monitoring, adressing socioeconomic barriers, and coordinating with multiple providers from various disciplines. I believe in treating patients as if they were my own family member. My goal for each interaction is for the patient to feel heard, valued, and respected. It is not a job, it's an honor and blessing to get to do this everyday.
