Senior Vice President: Outsourcing and Resiliency oversight manager. Main responsibilities include: Outsourcing oversight for the Operations functions outsourced on behalf of UK Legal Entities (Inter-affilate and vendors). Review and challenge MI on the performance of Outsourced activities, via monthly governance forums. Embedding oversight of material 3rd parties under SS2/21. Coordinate and provide independent quality assurance on annual Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) mapping for UK Critical Functions. Provide ad hoc project support. Currently leading a project to implement a global Inter-Affilate outsourcing framework to align to a Platforms Operating Model. Completed a twelve month programme of CASS risk mitigation actions, ensuring that eight Operational areas met project deadlines. Chaired weekly meetings with working group to track progress. Represented the SMF 24 on project calls to provide status updates. Previously worked in BNY Mellon Operations for 15 years. Responsibilities and Key Achievements: Senior manager, responsible for team of 40 within Income and Tax Reclaim team covering European markets. Migrated work from Europe to Manchester. Worked in Frankfurt for 9 months supporting the integration into BNYM of an Income and Tax function for Germany. Worked in Embedded Control Management, providing Risk and Control framework support for Corporate Actions. Outside of work, I am a mum to two wonderful boys.
