Having previously worked as Counsel, Global Labor & Employment for The Hershey Company, she supported the Human Resources organization and provided advice and training on various workplace issues. Lindsey provides practical, actionable business guidance in representing and advising employers. With comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment law, Lindsey defends employers in state and federal courts, as well as before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also regularly provides counseling to employers on various workplace issues, including disciplinary matters, leaves of absences, and wage and hour questions. In addition, she routinely speaks at seminars and other workshops about labor and employment issues such as the Affordable Care Act, navigating employees’ leaves from the workplace, and compensation and benefits.
