About Lindsey Ferr

Fitness and exercise has been a lifestyle change that I brought into my life. After a spinal injury, I decided that it was time I started to improve the way I took care of my body. I spent hours in the gym and developed the strong, confident self I am today. My determination for self-improvement is the reason for my decision to choose a career in athletic training. Exercise is a powerful tool that allows growth for not only the body, but the mind. I want to show others that they can find that same mental escape in fitness. However, there will be no results if you do not strive for them, and this is a skill I want to help others obtain. I have also had the opportunity to coach sports and I have been involved with sports since I was young. My goal is to inspire others to work harder to achieve their goals; I want to help others succeed and feel confident in doing so.
