I’m a merchandising and marketing leader who’s grown from building product one style at a time to building teams, strategies, and stories that scale. Today, as Senior Director of Merchandising & Marketing, I lead a diverse merchandising team with broad responsibilities—spanning account management, customer service, creative concepting, product development, sourcing decisions, and pricing strategy. I’m passionate about creating innovative headwear that’s not only well-designed, but well-positioned to perform—merging data with design, and business objectives with customer experience. My career began in the details: analyzing sales, curating assortments, managing factory relationships, and working closely with clients. That foundation taught me how to balance creativity with precision—and shaped a leadership style that’s focused, collaborative, and driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and impact. I care deeply about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and making strategic decisions that move the business forward—without compromising creativity, quality, or culture. Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, runner, loyal friend, and lifelong learner—always showing up fully, and rarely without strong opinions (or snacks).
