About Lindsey Sander

With over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and business development, I have a proven ability of leading strategic initiatives that improve clinical workflows, enhance system performance, and accelerate patient access to care. Currently, I serve as Director of Operations at Azra AI, where I’m leading efforts to scale and operationalize the nation’s only comprehensive, end-to-end oncology platform. Azra AI is transforming how cancer is identified and managed. Through advanced AI, we IDENTIFY diagnoses and incidental findings in real time, CONNECT patients to timely, appropriate care, and MANAGE their journeys through a unified, intelligent solution—enabling health systems to improve outcomes at scale. Throughout my career, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, executed complex cross-functional initiatives, and aligned operational strategy with clinical excellence. I’m passionate about applying innovation to solve healthcare’s most complex challenges—and at Azra AI, I’m proud to contribute to a mission that truly puts patients first.
