Started in a large automation lab running 13 analyzers, Various Siemens analyzers- Vistas, Centaurs, and Immulite analyzers, Cobas, Bioplex and a Beckmann coulture chemistry analyzer. Also worked on an older gas chromatography analyzer. Have 4 years experience working in esoteric analytical chemistry, running waters mass spectrometry analyzers and a Agilent Liquid chromatography mass spec. Reviewed data manually, had very extensive roles in instrument care and maintenance. Hands on assay development. Current role is senior technologist being a generalist for a research lab. Analyzers currently working with are sysmex, vitros, clinitek and a stagos coagulation instrument. Reading slides and reviewing data manually. Love troubleshooting and problem solving. Enjoy training and helping others understand instruments and workflow. Always growing and looking for more opportunity to learn something new. Wanting to go back to school and acquire a masters.
