Lontis understands that it takes incredible skill and quality customer service to be classified as a top end spa. This is why Lindsey continues to invest in training her staff and emphasizes continuous improvement. Guest feedback is taken very seriously which is why this company continues to grow. Lindsey ensures her staff learns from their mistakes and provides incentives for outstanding performance. Lontis Day Spa has partnered with Marin, a high end restaurant located downtown, to host a weekly event called “Martini and Manicure Mondays”. This event has been very successful. After 2 years of coordinating spa parties, Lontis knows how to pamper their clients while showing them a great time.
