About Lindsy May

I thrive on building genuine connections, driving meaningful change, and creating engaging experiences. With a background in change management, engagement, training, and communication, I specialize in guiding teams through transitions with clarity, trust, and purpose. At the core of my work is a commitment to authenticity and impact—whether that means designing strategic training programs, fostering collaboration, or crafting clear and compelling communication. Working in higher education has given me a deep appreciation for the power of learning, innovation, and adaptability in shaping both individuals and institutions. I believe that great change happens when people feel informed, empowered, and heard. If you're looking for someone who blends strategy with sincerity, I'm always open to connecting!
