Responsibilities include managing staff to ensure that the highest level of customer service standards and practices are followed while initiating the recovery of claims overpayments, negotiation of high dollar claims, manage and work directly with vendor partners, work with Legal Department to address departmental compliance related issues, forecasting and managing short term and long range budgets, promoting and supporting all corporate initiatives, establishing and revising production and quality standards for department and staff members and being an active member of project management initiatives. Work with staff members (up to 20) to create individual performance plans and hold monthly one on one meetings to provide feedback on overall performance. Provide coaching and counseling and create action plans when staff members are not meeting expectations.
