About Line Christiansen

For more than 15 years I have been working with project management, organizational developments, HR strategies & processes. With my background in both science and HR - I am an experienced person within the field of HRM, management & business analysis. I consider HRM as an important business partner with emphasis on daily communication with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, and I'm eager to use, learn and implement different kinds of technology and systems to support leaders and employees in their jobs and relations. I also find measurements and statistics on the HR Work to be important - bringing in value of HRM to the "Big Picture". I'm interested in developing strategic and long-term HR company plans based on systems and processes that makes sense to executives and personnel - hopefully bringing in organizational empowerment to each individual;"what's in it for me?". Specialties: Project Management, communication, change management & process optimization. Implementation of HR systems - advisory on HR business strategy, development of organization, leaders & employees. Data analysis, & statistics to support overall business decisions & the HR business strategy.
