About Line Fils
As a cook, I have been on three different restaurant opening teams since graduating culinary school in 2012. I put two different recipes on Disney's Boardwalk Concierge menu. I have worked different volume style atmospheres from a small mom and pop Italian pizzeria to 800-900 covers a day in an Afro/Indian fusion restaurant. In every establishment the chef team has seen me to the level of trainer. I believe in authenticity and integrity in and out of the kitchen and strive to achieve that goal everyday.
