I am a tech-savvy fast learner with a decade of project management experience in nonprofit, higher education, and mental health fields. Using my training in engineering and cultural studies, I have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish. I have shown that I can meet deadlines, maintain budget and quality control, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. I am passionate about managing and developing intercultural learning programs that promote cross-cultural communication and global leadership skills.Having lived and worked in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and the U.S, I have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. With experience as an intercultural specialist and freelance translator, I am familiar with adult learning and cross-cultural communication theories. Leveraging my advanced writing and speaking skills in both English and Chinese, I can break down complicated concepts into easy-to-understand information that is centered around the needs of the audience. I am also a mindfulness teacher who supports and coaches highly stressed individuals in building resilience and cultivating a mindful way of life.Learner is my top strength in the CliftonStrengths Assessment (formerly StrengthsQuest). I am constantly learning new skills professionally and personally.
