About Ling Lin 林灵

I am currently a senior learning experience designer at May & Co, a global consulting firm that helps organizations transform their culture and performance. I have also been a junior project manager and a financial and operation coordinator at May & Co, gaining valuable experience in client project quality control, producer management, and enterprise operating system implementation. As a junior learning experience designer, I have successfully designed and implemented L&D programs that have been recognised for their effectiveness and innovation, such as leadership, communication, innovation, and change management. I use instructional design models and tools, such as ADDIE, SAM, and Articulate 360, to create learner-centered and outcome-oriented courses that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and learners. I also have a certification in radical candor, a feedback framework that helps build trust and collaboration among teams. I apply this skill to my own work and to the learning experiences I create, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. I am passionate about learning and development, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team that shares this vision. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new ways to deliver impactful learning experiences.
