Preparing EOT (Extension of Time) for delay events. Identifying the delays events and taking necessary action, conducting meetings or writing letters to the sub-contractors or employers. Conducting the meeting with project staff team and sub-contractors to update the project performance and reviews of the work. Preparing claims and reports due to delay events at the project. Preparing all types of progress reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly.) Providing Risk analysis support eventually during the progress of project Providing sufficient assistance to the tender preparation and contracts team Ability to read and understand the drawings and to visit the site personal to verify that all types of activity data as per the actual scheduling.
