Current position in Atos as a Group Manager. Worked in Iron Systems as a Sr. Program Manager on large scale worldwide projects in EMEA, APAC, US, Canada region. Handling EUC, Data centres deployment projects managing B2B business for major end clients like Getinge, Aditya Birla Novelis, Ahlstrom, Arjo, Happiest Minds, Lenovo. Have been a Service Professional since my college days. Glad to manage Global Service Delivery and Program Management for the IT and Mobility industry. Have been in leadership role for the last 20 years and I thoroughly enjoy the responsibility that comes with this. To set an example and achieve the goals along with the team is simply mind blowing. Great teams do not Happen, they are made and always made. Overall I am having 20+ years of vast service delivery, program management experience in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery, Program management domain. I am PMP certified, Scrum Master Agile Certified, Lean Six Sigma Certified and ITIL V3 certified, having good knowledge on spares, repair & return management on all types of IT hardware products.
