About Linh Doyle

With almost 13 years of experience in the BC Real Estate industry, I am passionate about mentoring the new generation of property and strata managers and making improvements in the industry. As a Director of Operations and Associate Broker at Dorset Realty Group, I am responsible for the brokerage operations and compliance with relevant legislative requirements. My responsibilities include team performance management, team engagement, training and development; client relations, client support; compliance, risk management and so on.I hold an MBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Business Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.One of my notable achievements was leading the Annual Holiday Fundraising Campaign for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, on behalf of my former brokerage for 4 consecutive years. We raised more than half a million dollars during that time. Through this experience, I demonstrated my commitment to promoting kindness and respect and creating positive impacts within the industry. Recently, I was nominated for Industry Leader of the Year award with PAMA, the Professional Association of Managing Agents in BC which was an incredible honour.Other than English, I am fluent in Vietnamese and Mandarin, Chinese which enhances my ability to connect with a diverse network in our community.
